Synthesis of hypercross-linked hybrid polyanilines from hollow spherical polyaniline and octavinylsilsesquioxane and its dye adsorption performance

摘要: In this manuscript, a series of functionalized PS microsphere (FPS), FPS@polyaniline (FPS@PANI) composite, hollow polyaniline sphere (HPANis), hypercross-linked hybrid polyanilines (HHPs) were prepared. The resulting polymers were well characterized. The results indicated that FPS was a uniform and well-defined sphere with rough and reticulate surface. The diameter of FPS was about 250 nm. FPS@PANI composite possessed welldefined spherical appearance, and its size was about 300 similar to 500 nm. The resultant HHP-1, HHP-2, and HHP-3 displayed higher specific surfaces of 153, 274 and 342 m(2) g(-1), respectively. They are mainly composed of micropores and mesopores. The adsorption experiments revealed that the computed maximum adsorbed quantities of malachite green (MG) and rhodamine B (RhB) for HHP-3 were 495.04 and 826.44 mg g(-1) at 298 K and pH= 4, respectively, which were higher than many developed adsorbents. The regeneration experiments exhibited that after four cycles' regeneration, the reusability performances of MG and RhB were still up to 92.19% and 88.05% respectively, suggesting that HHP-3 possessed wide prospect to be a promising adsorbent for dye waste water treatment and ecological environment restoration.
