摘要： A new sesquiterpene, named 1 beta,2 alpha-dihydroxyeudesma-4(15),11(12)-dien-13-oic acid methyl ester (1), was isolated from Artemisia dubia. The structure of the new compound was elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR, IR, and HR-ESI-MS. Compound 1 showed inhibitory activity against the second-stage juveniles (J2) of Meloidogyne incognita with an LC50 value of 38.43 mg/L.
